Duplicate Purchase: If you unintentionally purchase the same product/service twice simultaneously and do not wish to exchange for another product/service, we will refund one of the purchases.

Refund Requirement Caused by Registration Information:

Delayed Credit: If you do not receive the purchased credit in your account within 24 hours of purchase and have not received a timely response (within 48 hours) from our Support Team after contacting us, we will refund your order upon request.

Software Update Issues: If technical problems arise after a software update and the order exceeds the guarantee period, we cannot issue a refund.

Refund Request After Guarantee Period: Picwand.ai provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If your purchase falls outside this specified money-back guarantee period, we cannot process a refund.
